With over 30 years in the food and beverage industry and a background in corporate operations, Arwa and Daniela—a mother-daughter duo—bring a thoughtful balance to their work. Arwa has spent decades in the kitchen, developing recipes, hosting gatherings, and bringing years of catering experience to her work—creating elevated, memorable experiences. Daniela, a true foodie at heart, complements that vision with her corporate background, bringing organization, attention to detail, and a natural ability to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. 

What started as a simple idea soon became a family project. Arwa’s eldest daughter, Dina, helped bring the vision to life from the very beginning. Together, Arwa and Daniela have shaped it into what it is today. À La Cart has grown into a business grounded in creativity and connection.

Charcuterie is where it all began—and it remains at the heart of what we do. Today, À La Cart offers elevated cart experiences and artful bites, bringing the same thoughtful approach to every detail.
